Warm, comfortable, clean new build small apartment attached to back of main house. Positive: Warm, comfortable, clean new build small apartment attached to back of main house. Nice bedrooms and bedding, compact well equipped kitchen, nice living area with very large smart TV. Negative: The listing was misleading - as 1) the photo of the kitchen when we booked last year was a very large one with a bar and not what we got. 2)In a number of places in booking.com listing it says there is onsite private parking and we were very disappointed to find out the day before arrival that this is not true and we had to park on narrow residential street with cars both sides and no guarantee of a spot near the house / apartment and the listing still states onsite private parking. 3) the microwave is so high up that its not safe take hot food or liquids out of it. 4) There are no mugs or cups with handles so bring your own as we did and a bread knife is handy if you are buying sourdough from the market. 5) There is no view from this apartment, the view is of black fences and into next door property rooms and alley way. The view is only from the front property.

Positive: 整體而言都很好，很乾淨，還送了一瓶水，整體都很乾淨。出去就面山，風景宜人。 住宿方人也很好，有什麼需要也會幫忙。

Clean, tidy because its new. Convenient to airport and Queenstown with car. Parking options ? Positive: It was a nice new property and so everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was not very convenient. Read don't post for bigger picture. Negative: Parking was not very convenient. We were asked to park in the street even though there was a parking space and double garage available. The new estate where the property is located has streets so narrow that when cars are parked they you can;'t pass without curtsy passing. Everybody seems to park in the street. Good luck with parking near the property if you come back late at night. Although the property has a new kitchen is not well thought out. The top cupboards are too high to access plates, cups etc. In particular the microwave is dangerous where it is located above the fridge. Someone could spill hot food on themselves trying to get it out. Some shampoo and conditioner would be a nice consideration for guests travelling light.
